We live in today’s world of understanding that we are not the same. We can do things but we don’t understand the future of words spoken and actions. Today, I want to encourage you to remember who you are to the Lord and His love and protection over you. That’s why we have to remember Psalm 91 and the Psalm 23. We are all the understanding that God can still heal and deliver today. The same way He can forgive us our many sins and still have an open arms of love and cares. Just the other day, when I heard so much rumors about a celebrity in the Lord Name was destroyed to others so she can no longer attend ministries or be used as identity theft! So, I have thought about all of these makes me to remember of who we should trust and really serve it’s in the hands of God. I lately saw a revelation on the Lord requesting me to post on Facebook His names meaning and bible verses references attached to them. The Lord asks these requests by audible and immediately I started to obey. The Lord was with me and makes me remember the purpose and the understanding of why post His name and meanings. I thought on His protection especially when the enemy attacks us He comes in to rescue us all from the foes of the attacks. This is why I want to release Psalm 37 to you. When you read in understanding of Psalm 37, you gain the reality of the love of the Heavenly Father. As it is written in scriptures we are loved by God enough to forgive our sins and protect us from all the wickedness of this world. For this, I want to share who He is by the intense words you will get to understand Him.
Psalm 29
“Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: The God of glory thundereth: The LORD is upon many waters. The voice of the LORD is powerful; The voice of the LORD is full of majesty. The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; Yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon. He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn. The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire. The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh. The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: And in his temple doth every one speak of his glory. The LORD sitteth upon the flood; Yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever. The LORD will give strength unto his people; The LORD will bless his people with peace.”
Psalm 29:1-11 KJV

God is not revealed to us in the Bible as being called just God. He is referred to by other names, each which reveal a certain aspect of His character. In the Old Testament, names held significance as they did not only fulfill the purpose of identity, they explained characteristics and even occupations. Therefore, God reveals not only who He is by His many names, but also who He is to us as we learn more about the different aspects of His nature.
Though most of these names may have been revealed to God’s people in the Old Testament, the meaning behind them denotes God’s power, love, and mercy that is just as relevant for us today as it was for believers of the ancient world.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” Hebrews 13:8
